Old Waverley Hotel Edinburgh

It had central location close to George Street. The room was new-fashioned, neat with great view, I was pleased. The staff members were excellent and helpful.

Our stay there was really great.

Had a wonderful time. Loved this cozy hotel, easy to find. The room was elegant with comfy beds. Also, location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from Royal Mile. The location of the property was close to a railroad station.

Everything was very good, helpful staff, perfect location near bus stop across the road and the Scott Monument. The rooms with television, views across Edinburgh plus 3 beds instead of two.

The hotel was absolutely amazing and fairly clean inside, I loved it. The rooms were very specious and had a fabulous view. What a fabulous staff! Gorgeous breakfast spread. All facilities were excellent too.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other individual hotels. Reasonably clean place accompanied by friendly efficient staff. Found in the very pleasant area. Rooms were marvellous, very pretty, and beds were very big.

The staff was top-class, the room was stunning, everything was perfectly fine. Charming view, a beautiful balcony, incredible bed, too. Tasty food, especially delicious breakfast. The location was decent, at a near distance from george street. Poolside bar and clean pool.

Historic location and very attentive staff. We booked a single room and it was impeccable, exceptionally comfortable beds. The pool was good and the views were absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed Edinburgh, the hotel was beautifully kept.

It was fabulous hotel and we had a VERY DELIGHTFUL stay. The staff was willing to help, always proactive. The English breakfast was outstanding and included freshly made cereals and eggs. Unbelievable location, relatively near a historic fortress.

We loved our stay here. Brilliant staff, particularly good location, everything was nice. The restaurant was luxurious and served fresh food. The hotel was adjacent to beach, so it was awesome. Quite close to the airport, 15 km, perfect for an early flight.

Breathtaking location, usual rooms, spotlessly clean inside and out. Very early check in and in general excellent service. There were excellent internet and easy to access parking available.
